Henrix and Adrien Mezsi team up again to remix Dr. Dre and Eminem\’s classic hip-hop hit \”Forgot About Dre.\” The two collaborated on the \”Raverz\” EP back in September of this year and prove that they are not done combining their strengths to produce another killer track.
Attempting to remix a well-known classic is a huge risk, especially when it\’s outside of your musical genre. But Henrix felt up to the challenge and possesses the skills necessary to make it a success. Thanks to his hometown of Miami, the DJ/producer is inspired by multiple genres that range from hip hop to indie dance to classic rock, which helps distinguish his unique sound from others in the game.
This remix contains a dramatic and heavy hip-hop beat that both embodies and elevates the sound of the original while showcasing Eminem\’s catchy rap hook. Expect some serious head bobbing to happen with this one.
