tiesto club life 500 live

After 20 years in the business, Dutch legend Tiësto continues to be one of the most beloved DJ/producers in the world. He has seen the electronic music industry evolve from invite-only warehouse parties to massive festivals, and continues to remain relevant in the ever-changing industry. Back in 2007, he began a weekly radio show Club Life which features the hottest records, curated by the man himself.

Club Life just hit its 500th episode and to celebrate the occasion, Tiësto decided to throwback with a six-hour long set at Amsterdam\’s Ziggo Dome. The set had a solid variety of classic and current songs, in addition to special guests like The Chainsmokers and Hardwell.

In a recent interview with GQ, Tiësto expressed how playing for six hours was the norm for him earlier in his career and that, while he enjoys pumping out music within an hour, the journey allows him more freedom to do whatever he is feeling throughout the set. We hope to see these long sets make a comeback in the near future.
