Fresh off the release of REZZ‘s  Something Wrong Here EP, the young bass music prodigy has had the recent honor of being a featured producer of Mixmag\’s “Impact” series, a breakout artist spotlight highlighting burgeoning new artists making their mark on the always-evolving dance music industry. The mau5trap favorite sat down with Mixmag‘s Valerie Lee to discuss her artistic inspirations, professional aspirations, and being a woman in the music industry, alongside a whole slew of other topics; oh, and not to mention, bring us a heavy new mix featuring some of her unreleased tracks, while showcasing some of her favorites from Mr. Fijiwiji, Gesaffelstein, Metric, and Doctor Jeep.

The fact of the matter is that REZZ shows no signs of slowing down over the next five years. And this \”Impact\” Series mix can attest to that fact, especially considering how this one comes less than a month since the release of her third EP. What Rezazadeh does so well for MixMag is showcase the genre-bending simplicity of her most recent EP, while forging a stylistic pipeline to what seems to be a sonic gateway into her future direction. Take for instance, the melodic beauty that is the ID track around minute 21. If this is what is what we can anticipate from her future sound stamp, then sign me up for the cult of REZZ.

Listen to the full mix below, and be sure to read the full MixMag interview here for a whole range of topics all things REZZ.
