With fellow Jack Ü member Diplo basking in the both the Major Lazer success of \”Lean On\” and Jack Ü project, Skrillex is not only also celebrating the phenomenon that is \”Where Are Ü Now\”, but has been working on another project that could very well prove to be the next big thing. Teaming up again with Justin Bieber, Skrillex is putting all of his own projects aside, and has worked with JB on the new single, \”What Do You Mean?\”, the first track to come from Bieber\’s upcoming album, and seems to be the follow-up to the successful \”Where Are Ü Now\”. The track, which has had a viral campaign from countless celebrities over on Bieber\’s Instagram, showcases a new style of Skrillex\’s production, and a change in style from JB if only to appeal to the electronic tone. Check out a full exclusive stream of the song below, and it seems that Skrillex, who produced the track, is taking some cues from the Tropical House scene, and seems like a refreshing song that can cater to many audiences. JB had the following to say about the track and working with Skrill:
It’s really uplifting, clear, poppy, but cool, … The sounds are super expensive. Skrillex is a genius. He’s super futuristic and I just love his sound. So to be able to incorporate that sound with what I’m doing has been super cool because it’s new and fresh. I feel like no one has done it before. I’m very excited.
