Roughly two years ago, we covered a new Australian talent named Just A Gent, who was putting out new original tracks that he considered to be \”Lovestep\”, only to take the internet by storm when he dropped his remix of Chain Gang of 1974\’s \”Sleepwalking\”. Since then, JAG dropped his hit single, \”Limelight\” featuring ROZES, which has gone on to amass over two million plays on SoundCloud and over a million streams on Spotify, which is astonishing, especially for someone who had put a lot of his music online for free. Alas, Just A Gent is back with a brand new single that takes it back to some of his original cues.
JAG\’s new single, \”Heavy As A Heartbreak\”, comes just two months after his previous \’Lovefunk\’ single, \”Waveless\”, and brings a more \”chilled-out\” yet light Dubstep feel, which is the style he grew known for in these last few years. \”Heavy As A Heartbreak\” also features vocals from Australian musician, LANKS, which compliment the track extremely well.
