Liquid Stranger has always to been able to blur the lines of Genre. The free form bass producer hailing from Sweden has always gravitated to the road less traveled, crafting a unique perspective on musical style and substance.

Out yesterday, Liquid\’s \”Hotbox\” track is fluid, genre-bending, and entirely transcendental with its thundering bass lines and its hypnotic, driving beats. But wait because there\’s even better news! He has even decided to release it for free download to fans as a precursor to Weird & Wonderful EP, out late next month on his label Wakaan.

His metamorphic approach to music making has grown beyond his unforgettable festival sets at Electric Forest and Shambhala (to name a few) into his own imprint, Wakaan. With his own label, which sees itself as \”a forum for eclectic music and art,\” Liquid Stranger hopes to curate and support other unique producers.
