About 4 months ago, Dutch DJ Sam Feldt released \”Show Me Love\” on Spinnin\’ Records. With the original mix reaching close to 7 million plays on Soundcloud, it is no surprise the track is a hit. If you have not listened to any of his works, I highly suggest it especially if you enjoy sultry melodies or a tropical feeling when it comes to house music. On June 1st, Spinnin\’ Records released remixes of Sam\’s song by Quintino and EDX.

Listening to EDX, he takes the track and puts his own unique on its own. It still has a consistent danceable melody, but mixes deeper tone with percussion sounds. This direction really matches well with the vocals and keeps the comfortable mood alive. I like the name of remix as well this would be a great summer track to jam to for its enlightening sound.

Quintino\’s approach went into a different direction. In the beginning, the track seems like not much changes from the original other than a powerful kick. However, that was only brief for when the build up quickly leads to a massive drop. Quintino seemed to take an identical approach with his other remix of Galantis\’ track \”Runaway(U & I)\”. I still like the style and makes me wanna jump every time I hear it (hopefully you too!).

Overall, I think Spinnin\’ Records did a good job letting Quintino and EDX show their production skills. They both felt comfortable to keep the signature style of Sam Feldt\’s masterpiece, yet put their own twist to please people interested in other genres.
