Chet Faker dropped his name last week and is now Nick Murphy. From now on, he’ll be recording and performing as Nick Murphy. He just shared his new track, “Fear Less”, the first under his real name.
The track starts off with electronic instrumentals, followed by the same voice we’ve come to appreciate. The track builds up momentum until turning into full gear as the drum kicks in. Reminiscent of older Chet Faker tracks, but still a creative new direction for the artist.
