On July 7th, Safe in Sound Festival made a huge announcement via Facebook. They finally announced the tour dates and the full schedule for one of the country\’s best travelling bass music fests! With headliners such as Datsik, Zomboy, and Bro Safari, it\’s safe to say that they will need a pretty serious sound system to keep up with these guys. Supporting artists include 12th Planet, Dotcom, Terravita, Getter, and Safe In Sound veteran Flux Pavilion. “We’re so excited to bring this incredible lineup back for year two of Safe in Sound with the best sound rig on the planet,” said John Reese, owner and producer of Safe in Sound.

The event is sponsored by Rockstar Energy Drink and Synergy Global Entertainment (SGE). Each tour date will bring a 150,000 watt sound system that is provided by PK Sound.

Datsik gave us his thoughts on the announcement via Facebook by saying \”Super thrilled to be going back on the road with such an epic bass squadron and a massive PK rig.\” He also threw in that \”this should be one for the books!\”

While this bass fueled traveling fest has only been around for a year, it was quite refreshing to see that they would be bringing it back again, and this time to Chicago! Last year, Milwaukee held it out strong for the performances and raw power that came from Destroid, Excision, and Flux Pavilion.

This year they will not only be back in Milwaukee, but to Aragon Ballroom as well.  The Chicago date is September 17th, and the Milwaukee date is September 18th  at the Rave. Tickets for the Aragon Ballroom go on sale Friday, July 17th at 10 A.M., and the tickets for The Rave will be going on sale Friday, July 10th, at 10 A.M. The Chicago lineup includes Bro Safari, Zomboy, Terravia, and Delta Heavy.
