DJ Diesel, much to the surprise of festival goers and to the chagrin of every local DJ who has been painstakingly trudging through the headaches of being an aspiring nobody in a relatively faceless music industry, performed at TomorrowWorld. Adding to the dismay of all those who have risked nearly all to follow their aspirations as a musical performer in a digital age, the reaction has been relatively positive for this notoriously dim-witted basketball legend. Just another bullet point added to the nay-sayers of EDM who insist \”anybody can do it\”. Evidently everyone can, just as long as the expectations of live mixing and sound engineering skills are thrown in the garbage. Of course, this is all conjecture, I will await affirmation from the troll gods of the Electronic Music scene (ahem, DeadMau5) as to the invalidity of his DJing prowess. Updates to follow.

Please comment with your own interpretations, regardless if they are based upon fact or your own saltiness of not playing TomorrowWorld.
