RL Grime has graced us with another remix of The Weeknd.
New Year’s Eve 2016 had a plethora of amazing electronic performances across the country. In Texas, Lights All Night featured big-name performers such as deadmau5 and Nero. Alongside these two was RL Grime, playing a heavy-hitting setlist featuring tracks from Galantis, Kanye West and more.
During his hour on stage, RL Grime had many noteworthy moments, but one stood out in particular: a trap-laced edit of Daft Punk & The Weeknd’s “Starboy.” Daft Punk and The Weeknd’s track is masterfully mixed with Vincent’s “Alpha” to create a truly incredible tune. Of course, it would never be anything less, especially after RL Grime’s previous remix of The Weeknd’s “The Hills.\”
