We’re bringing you an enormously enjoyable remix preview today, courtesy of Norwegian producer Sonny Alven. Having been scouted by Universal Music and Swedish imprint Svenska Inspelningar, his version of Nause’s “Another You” drops on October 28th.
Bringing the melody to life with syncopated pads, a head-nodding rhythm and super smooth synth progressions; Alven is demonstrating some flawless production here. As the remix develops in a house format, he introduces groovy guitar riffs, and the sun-soaked vibes of this track are reminiscent of Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky.”
This is a great offering from the Norwegian – if you want to get your hands on it, you can do so next week.
