Last week, Dutch duo Lucas & Steve released their new summer single \’You And I Know\’, which they produced together with Dutch jocks Matt & Kendo.
The record brings us energetic piano chords and sultry strings, combined with soulful vocal parts, that lead us into the summer. A perfect jam to listen to in the car on your way to the beach, in a hot club or at your favorite festival. The track has already been heavily supported by big names such as Don Diablo, Fedde Le Grand and Chuckie to name a few.
Lucas & Steve were kind enough to take some time to tell us more about how the track came together:
Several months ago Matt & Kendo approached us with some great ideas and this stunning vocal we just could not say no to. We decided to start a collab and met the guys in our studio to put our ideas together.
Spinnin’ Records loved it immediately. When we play \’You And I Know\’ live, it has exactly this euphoric effect on the crowd that we all had in mind when producing this track. Support has been huge so far, from all-genre superstars such as Tiesto, Avicii, Oliver Heldens, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Blasterjaxx, R3hab, Felix Jaehn, Sander van Doorn and many more.
