Illenium recently had the honor of performing at Coachella for the first time this year, and he had everyone all over social media fired up about his set. To commemorate his first Coachella appearance, he debuted a mashup of two tracks from his album Awake, “Sound of Walking Away” with Kerli and “Where’d U Go” with Said the Sky.

The stage went dark and lights started flashing to the buildup from “Sound of Walking Away,” which gave way to a heavy, glitchy bass drop as bright green lasers shot into the sky and fans went wild. Then, it blended into “Where’d U Go” with a new addition from 1788-L, who was enlisted by Illenium and Said the Sky to help craft the new drop.

Though fans were only treated to one drop at Coachella, giving them only a preview of the full track, they knew that a full version would be coming soon. Illenium finally released the full track today, and fans have been talking about it all day! The whole thing is even more mind-blowing than the short clip provided to Illenium’s fans at Coachella, so check it out below and let us know your thoughts in the comments!
