Getter just remixed Spooky Black\’s \”Reason\”, but he replaced his usual grimy filth vibrations with smooth, wavy feels and the result is breathtaking. If anyone has disproved the \”Dubstep is Dead\” myth, it would be Getter, but he accessed another side of his creative abilities for this track to create a chill masterpiece. Getter really opens up with this one and delivers an electronic ambiance that seems to surround you as the song drops.
There are still remnants of Getter\’s heavy bass in the background of the track but it complements the down-tempo sound in a way that puts an awesome spin on \”Reason\”. Check out the song here and if you like it enough, you can see Getter tomorrow as he supports Excision in France. Enjoy.
