Ever been at a set and heard a track that was so good, so infectious, you just had to have it for yourself? Of course you have. Well fans of Four Tet rejoice as he just posted \”BACK2THESTART,\” an unreleased track he had been incorporating into his live sets for almost a year, on his Soundcloud as a free download.
“Here’s a track people keep asking for,” the producer also known as Kieran Hebden told his twitter followers last night. “Made this on a plane end of last year…not sure what I was thinking or why it exists,” he continued. The first time BACK2THESTART got real attention was when Hebden played it on rinse fm last October.
The track\’s warm reception transferred directly from the dance floor to the internet. One Twitter follower wrote “This was late 2014’s defining track.\” Another said, “You’ve blown the roof this time.\”
