This exciting young producer has just released his second single on the mighty Panda Funk, and he\’s not an artist who moves quietly. \”Party Don\’t Stop\” is a bold and uncompromising piece of electro house, and sums up what is joyful about dance music. With such a promising artist starting to really breakthrough, we wanted to catch up with Whyel to hear his side of the story.

\”Party Don\’t Stop\” is definitely a party tune, where did the inspiration come from?

It came from a show I did a few months back. Everyone partied so hard till the lights came on and I was so inspired by the energy of everyone that \”Party Don\’t Stop\” was sparked.

The track progresses into a Moombahton feel, is this a glimpse into the future of Whyel?

I have done a few moombah switch ups in past songs and always loved the different vibe of the tempo change. You will definitely see many more multi-genre switch ups in my future productions.

How do crowds react when you drop this single?

It’s amazing! I get so much energy from the crowd when it drops. I can literally feel the excitement when it hits.

You have had a busy summer, is there one memory you could take away from it?

Going on tour with my big brother Deorro was so much fun, we got to play so many shows and see so many places. Plus the two of us together is trouble. We had so much fun.

To date, what has been your favourite DJ to play alongside?

I got to DJ alongside my boys Carnage and Steve Aoki in ibiza this summer and we all were so hyped! It was too much fun.

If you could work with one producer who would it be?

I think if Skrillex and me got in the studio together some crazy stuff would be born.
