Diplo announced that Major Lazer will be releasing a collaboration with The Weeknd. He announced the exciting news to 103.3 AMP Radio last week. The collaboration is to drop some time around April, just in time for Coachella. With Peace Is The Mission 2.o in the works of being released, fans can expect five new tracks from the hit trio.
“We’ve got a little more gas in Major Lazer, we’ve got another single coming out,” Diplo says. “We’re reissuing that album, so there’s 5 new tracks. Then we have a new album we’re going to put out next year around August or September and a single around Coachella with The Weeknd, so that’s going to be dope.”
