Deadmau5 released his first original track in over two years back in late May. Today, Joel Zimmerman returns with another record titled \”Saved.\” The full nine-minute track will be part of mau5trap\’s forthcoming WAF005 compilation, which will also include compositions by Attlas, Black Gummy and Eekkoo.
\”Saved\” is an immersive, gradually building production — exactly what we\’ve come to expect and revel in from deadmau5 — which moves at a swift pace, but maintains its slow progressive style build before random bursts of energy that incite a brilliant, ethereal release. Say what you will about Zimmerman the man, but the mau5 in the mask never fails to deliver a powerful emotional ride that takes everyone on a deep, interstellar journey through digital cyberspace.
