David Guetta got into some trouble and is being sued once again for stealing samples. Back in March he was accused of stealing samples out of Gesaffelstein’s song “Pursuit” to create his own song; dubbing it “The Death of EDM.”
Now David Guetta and Ariana Grande are being sued by writer, Alex Griggs, claiming that David’s & Ariana’s song “One Last Time” is too similar to Skye Stevens’ song “Takes All Night,” to call a coincidence. Guetta, Grande, and also UMG (Universal Music Group), are being sued for a collective of $150K and is also being asked to stop profiting from the song altogether.
