Jason Ross isn\’t someone new to our blog. Since our interview with him earlier this year, the California-based DJ has gone on to blow us all away with power-filled track releases, remixes, and has even appeared underneath the Anjunabeats roster. A very personable DJ, Jason often spends time talking with aspiring producers online and connecting with fans on a level that is often forgotten at this point in an artist\’s career. We’ve had our eyes on him for a while now, and thus, is our featured artist of December.

Producing a sound that sits well in the world of progressive and elctro, Ross has jumped off his success from Burma to produce songs such as “Good Love” and dove in to remix “Gravity” by Parker & Hanson, both which have continued to keep this young producer in the game. Unsurprisingly enough, his remix to “Gravity” was also on the list of Anjunabeat’s biggest releases of 2014.

Yet, there is a song that has gone on to dominate his entire release list, and it is said to be his biggest release of the year.

\”Elements,\” which gained massive support from not only his fanbase, but also artists such as Avicii, David Guetta, and Cosmic Gate, is the perfect combination of energetic thrill and powerful vibes, and is also the first official release under Anjunabeats for Ross. Feeding off the same type of vocals that we heard in Burma, this track keeps the artist\’s original creativity heavily involved while still launching his music into progressive production his fans are sure to be excited about in the new year.

Not only that, but the track was premiered during ABGT100 in NYC\’s Madison Square Garden and is also the name of his new radio show, which you can subscribe to here.

Speaking of ABGT100…Jason\’s upcoming single with Wrechiski titled \”Atlas,\” which was also premiered at Madison Square Garden, is set to be released soon, and it is going to change the game for not only Jason, but also the American dance community in the upcoming year.

As the artist\’s second release on Anjunabeats, \”Atlas\” is what we love from the California DJ mixed with more upbeat and lighter elements. Nonetheless, the track is dynamic in its energetic form, and rest assured, it will be played on a headlining stage soon enough.

We\’ve seen this artist grow in the past year and we can\’t wait to see what this mastermind will bring to the table in the very near future; it\’s no wonder Above & Beyond named Jason Ross as their breakthrough artist of 2014. We think it\’s safe to say that, when it comes to musical production and cutting-edge talent, this is only the beginning.
