X5IGHT is in the midst of preparing for their debut \”5:00 Shadow\” EP to be released this upcoming Monday, and to give their fans a little taste of what to expect, Brandon and Jerry have decided to release one of the three featured tracks ahead of time.
Premiered last night, \”The Luckiest Man\” might not be what you expect. Taking a more \”minimal sound\” approach, the song is nothing like what you\’ve heard so far, while still maintaining the dark undertones we\’ve experienced in their previous work \”Warp.\”I think it\’s safe to say that this is only the beginning, and let me reassure you, the rest of the EP is definitely worth listening to. A couple hundred times.
