Rumor\’s began back in September when Goa Tourism’s minister, Dilip Parulekar, spoke about different proposals for music festivals in India, including Tomorrowland. This potential location rose excitement in many festival go-ers, but sadly this rumor is false. The press officer from Tomorrowland came out and said,
\”This brief note is to respect and salute the Indian Tomorrowland fans and media, and to clarify that absolutely no decision has been made as to whether the next expansion of Tomorrowland will take place in India or in any other country in the world.\”
She also stated that Tomorrowland is continuously exploring options but their main focus is on the first Brazilian edition in May 2015. Who knows, maybe some day Tomorrowland might come to India, but as of right now it will not be in the near future.
