The dark and weighty \”JVCKWOOD\” EP from young dubstep and trap producer LUMBERJVCK has dropped today, via Excision\’s Rottun Recordings. A four-track collection, LUMBERJVCK hasn\’t spared any filth here, and this is certainly one for those who like their sounds menacing. From the evil cackles accompanying \”Reelfoot Lake\” to the atmospheric guitar twangs and explosions of drums in the collaboration with Khemehk in \”Bumpwood\”, LUMBERJVCK has carefully added texture to each track. The frenzied and merciless \”Cordwood\” stands out as a personal highlight, with its hints of piano throughout the madness.
