Fireworks and pyrotechnics are almost always at major festivals and gigs where headliner DJ\’s are playing, and it\’s rare that we ever hear of malfunctions with those technologies. Unfortunately, Nicky Romero was in the middle of one during his set at Summerland 2014 in Cartagena, Colombia. Fireworks were set to go off upwards right when Nicky stopped \”Get Loose (Tiesto Remix)\”, but as you can see in the video below, the fireworks went straight down landing in the DJ booth. So far, we haven\’t heard of any injuries as a result of the incident, and Nicky is alright. Check out the video below though, it\’s pretty crazy. (0:41 is where to start watching).
