So there is it is, the location has been set and the second to last artist has been revealed. The location has been set as Hawthorne Race Track and Thomas Jack is set to play. There are many reasons for which the 22 thousand RSVPs on facebook might be agitated. For one, the location isn\’t technically in Chicago at all, but rather in Stickey, Illinois. Secondly, the artists, by some, have appeared to be more esoteric than the other Mad Decent Block Parties have been more notable talent.  Thirdly, the list of prohibited items are discouraging to say the least. With that being said, all of the artists are extremely talented and unique. Everyone will have sets that differ and you surely will not be hearing the same song twice. Klingande, after missing Mamby at the beach due to travel visa issues, will finally be playing in the windy city. Major Lazer will obviously bring the energy will get everyone moving, no doubt about it.  For those who haven\’t taken a look at Martin Solveig, I highly suggest doing so. He has produced many notable tracks and will surprise you as to what he has been involved in. Towkio, a Chicago native, will add another element to this seemingly EDM heavy set (and who knows who he may bring on stage with him). UZ will be wild, as he always is (I saw him at the Mid a few months back, he does not dissapoint). Expect to be entertained, and don\’t write it off just because it isn\’t what we all expected it to me.
