It\’s been a while since we\’ve heard from Galantis, besides their tweets reassuring fans that they are indeed in the studio. So while we wait for another groundbreaking EP or, dare I say, a full-length album, we can jam out to the duo\’s latest remix to \”Heart Weighs A Ton\” by Alex Metric.
A song that is already upbeat and catchy is taken for a spin with Christian Karlsson and Linus Eklow, and it isn\’t until we\’re a couple minutes in that we get the full effect of the overall remix. It\’s a rendition that is different enough, while still holding onto the original track\’s essence.
