Maybe I\’m a dark person, maybe I never outgrew my adolescent emo phase, but whatever it is Slipknot will always have a place in my heart. What makes this heavy-hitting remix even better is the duo that remixed it.

Jauz, the project of 20 year old LA native Sam Vogel, is an up-and-coming artist and producer that has gained the attention and respect of numerous trap and dubstep moguls, including Excision, Dirtyphonics, Ookay, Kennedy Jones, and Borgore. His first breakthrough track was his remix of Iggy Azalea\’s song \”Work\” with Clark Kent, which was then followed by my personal favorite, his remix of Breach\’s monster track \”Jack\”. Both tracks established Jauz\’s place in the electronic music scene and got him picked up by Borgore\’s record label Buygore. Both tracks can be found of Jauz\’s Soundcloud page and are posted below.

Sullivan King is another heavy producer coming from LA that is catching the attention of the bass scene as well. Best known for his collaboration with Jauz, \”Pure Evil\”, King\’s metal background and talent for mixing rock and electronic sounds really comes through in this banger, which has landed the #5 spot on the Beatport Dubstep top 10.

Finally, here is the producers\’ newest head-banger, a remix of Slipknot\’s \”Duality\”. Check these guys out and show them some love, they\’re doing big things.
