These days, Deadmau5 has enough beef to open up his own meat market. Joel\’s latest opponent as of Friday is pop group LMFAO\’s curly-headed frontman Redfoo.

Earlier in the week, Redfoo released a cringeworthy new music video titled \”Literally I Can\’t\”, in which he and Lil Jon try to convince sorority girls to get drunk at a college party, telling them to \”SHUT THE F*** UP\” when they refuse. The video is comprised of almost everything I hate about this generation of pop music, but if you feel like holding your forehead and squinting in disgust for the next few minutes, take a peek below.

There was an immediate uproar on social media about the misogynistic nature of the video, and an even faster protest from Redfoo in response.

Another example of critics victimizing an artist by purposely misinterpreting his/her work to support a pre-existing agenda. #LiterallyICant

Then, without missing a beat, our hero Deadmau5 stepped in to serve justice. What ensued was delightful. Redfoo brings nothing to the fight as Deadmau5 calls his music a setback to society and a waste of time. Click here for the full conversation. We\’ve provided some of our favorites from the back-and-forth below.

@deadmau5 hopefully but Artists that have a dead animal as their name and said dead animal is not a male, could be in question!

@RedFoo ever try just making music? im not being a fuckwit, as i usually am… but i\’d like to hear a piece of music from your camp.

— deadmau5 (@deadmau5) November 14, 2014

@RedFoo itd be a better respresentation of you as an artist than some fucking dickwad pandering to the stupid masses perpetuating stupidity.

@deadmau5 maybe I\’ll make some tracks that sounds like keygen music! That would get the underground!

— Redfoo (@RedFoo) November 14, 2014

@RedFoo always disappointing to give people the benfeit of the doubt only to realize they actually *are* a complete waste of time.
